I designed and developed an app for The Boston Globe/Boston.com to display live race updates for the 2011 Boston Marathon. It utilized existing services from Boston.com (RSS feeds) and Twitter. From the inception of the project to the delivery it was less than three weeks (especially difficult because jQuery Mobile was still alpha and non-documented). From it's release to the end of the day of the Boston Marathon it received over 76,000 views.
